Of course you too dream of being skinny, but beauty usually has a price.
Most diets tell you to eat carrots and exercise, but with this diet you’ll soon discover that there is no need for all that! For example, instead of eating carrots, you can also choose to eat nothing at all – which doesn’t even cost a thing.
Bad habits – what not to do
* Don’t eat chips, crisps, chocolate or cookies. You are what you eat.
* Don’t eat anything fat. You are what you eat, remember.
* Don’t eat any apples. You are what you eat.
* Don’t eat any ham. You are what you eat. Do you want to be a pig?
In fact:
* Don’t eat (we mean, of course, that you should eat as little as possible. If you think it is hard to resist that one carrot or slice of bread, keep telling yourself: less is more).
* Don’t drink anything containing calories. Stick to diet soda’s, they are great for you. Also, drink loads of tea and coffee, caffeine dehydrates your body and forces water out of your system, which all is great for losing weight.
If you do occasionally commit one or more of the sins mentioned above, stop doing that right away! Here is what you should do:
* Drink 2 or more bottles of water before you weigh in. The number on your scale will shock you which will make you exercise harder. Though if you really want to lose weight, don’t exercise. Muscle is heavier than fat!
* Drink hot chocolate – whipped cream and all. Yes, we are aware that this beverage is a whole 200-300 calories per serving, but after drinking this one down (especially on an empty stomach) you’ll feel miserable and sick. This is good because now of course you wouldn’t want to have dinner any more.
* If you have to eat bread, eat white bread. Brown bread or whole wheat bread contain more calories.
* If you pay Starbucks a visit, choose a beverage that says “light†for example the Java Chip Frappuccino® Light Blended Coffee. Also, make sure that you are the one to be ordering drinks for you and your friends. This gives you the opportunity to order the regular coffee for them, and the light coffee for yourself, this way you’ll soon be skinnier than all of your friends!
* If you need to eat Ben&Jerry’s ice cream (when enduring PMS or bitchy mothers-in-law) always go for the low-fat variant. Strawberry Cheesecake for example contains less than 3% fat! It is made with real strawberries so this ice cream certainly is a good source of vitamin C.
* Eat a chunk of white chocolate every day. It will make you feel guilty enough to skip lunch!
* Smoke! Smoking accelerates weight loss because it kills your appetite and it quickly burns the extra weight off your body.
* Look at pictures of fat people a lot. Put them on your walls, desk, refrigerator… If you feel the need to vomit while doing this: vomit.
